Join Full of Noises and artists from Soundcamp, Mort Drew and Christine Bramwell, for a day of making and experimenting with affordable devices for transmitting live environmental sounds.
Streamboxes can be used for a variety of art, science and ecological projects. During the day, we will assemble kits based on Raspberry Pi and use them to explore and share sounds from around Barrow.
The workshop will take place at Piel View House, Full of Noises' new performance space in the centre of Barrow Park and will also act as a taster for Soundcamp's 10th annual Reveil broadcast on 6th May.
All degrees of experience welcome.
