Barrow Music Week - Cherelle Sappleton 6-8 October 2023
Full of Noises takes part in Barrow Music Week by hosting artist Cherelle Sappleton over three days.
Cherelle will offer sound baths between 6-8 October at Piel View House in Barrow Park.

A sound bath is a peaceful experience (no water), which can be beneficial to good mental health. It's designed to make you feel relaxed.
Cherelle will be using sounds she recorded on location throughout Barrow during a visit early September.
The sound baths will take place here at Piel View House on these days:
- Friday 6th October: 2pm & 5pm
- Saturday 7th October: 10am, 1pm & 3pm
- Sunday 8th October 11am, 2pm & 4pm
Barrow Music Festival runs from Thursday 29 Sept to Sunday 8 October.
It will see an eclectic programme of live music and performance across the town alongside a music industry/education conference to inspire young people, raise aspirations and provide opportunities to learn about career and leisure pathways into the creative music industry.
