The first film screening at Piel View House as part of our Light in the Park series. Plus get to speak to the film's director Cathy Soreny.

Filmed within his sublimely cluttered flat, and on the streets of Catford and Lewisham, Adam Bohman guides us through tabletops overspilling with springs and metal, tottering piles of collages, and the joys of reading out shop and street signs.

Bohman has been operating on the outer fringes of underground music for decades. Working with home-built instruments, found objects, tape cut-ups, collages, ink drawings and graphic scores.

Meet ‘By Biro and Umbrella Spring’ director Cathy Soreny who will be at Piel View House to discuss the film.
