11:25 - Narrow gauge railway journey to Eskdale
12:15 - Arrive at Boot station, Eskdale. Guided walk (2-3 miles, flat terrain w/ regular stops)
14:00 - Packed lunch at Eskdale Mill.

16:10 - Return to Ravenglass via narrow gauge railway

The Cumbria Soundcamp is part of a network of UK and international sites taking part in the Reveil radio broadcast, which circles the earth at sunrise on a network of live audio streams. Each soundcamp is a chance to explore a place of acoustic and ecological interest through workshops, special performances, and presentations.

The Reveil broadcast is assembled from live audio feeds sent in by streamers at daybreak. Listen online here from 5am, Sat 5th May: http://soundtent.org/reveil/#/

Jo Ray is based in Sheffield, UK. Her practices explore the interplay between imagined possibilities and lived experience, typically through lens based works, performance and installations responding to social and spatial situations, found imagery, text and archive material. https://www.axisweb.org/p/joray/

RE Drift is a platform for artists rethinking West Cumbria. With local and international collaborations. http://redrift.net/
